Return Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products that are damaged or defective – if received damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us ASAP. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear do not fall under the damaged or defective category.
Refund eligibility: The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Personalized products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are approved: (if applicable)
* Materials with apparent signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the approved amount will be credited back to your credit card, within 15 working days. Refunds for orders where the original payment method was Cash or Card on Delivery will be reimbursed with Store Credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your payment card company. It may take some time before the refund appears on your statement.
Next, contact your bank. There is some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@mycraftland.com. We will update you within two working days.
Shipping
To return your product, schedule a return for your package with the courier provider designated by our Customer Care Team. You must also provide the pre-printed return shipping label supplied with your order documentation.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your approved refund amount. Damaged or defective items are eligible for free return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
